Health/Life Coverage Benefits
Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance Plan
We provide a comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance plan. Exempt employees become eligible for participation 30 days after the first day of work and non-exempt become eligible 90 days after the first day of work.
Work Related Benefits
Salary/Compensation
We provide performance evaluations, to provide salary commensurate with job duties and responsibilities. Annual reviews are provided for yearly performance appraisals. Merit reviews are provided for outstanding performance and promotions. Bonuses are provided for contributions to business and marketing development and growth.
Pay
We pay our employees on a semi-monthly basis through direct deposit on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Holidays
We endorse the customary observance of various national holidays throughout the year. Full time employees receive eleven (11) paid holidays per year as follows:

Personal Leave
We recognize the importance of a work schedule that allows for paid time away from the job for vacation, personal, or sick leave. Leave with pay is available to eligible employees, whereby the amount of paid vacation an employee receives each year increases with the length of their employment.
Savings/Retirement Plan Benefits
Company Matched 401K
We administer a 401(k) retirement plan for all full-time employees. The plan is managed by Merrill Lynch. We provide 100% matching funds for employees that contribute to the 401(k) plan up to 4% of an employee's salary.
Profit Sharing
We administer a profit sharing plan as an incentive based compensation program to award employees a percentage of the company's profits. The annual contribution pool is determined by the board of directors and is based on company performance.
Other Benefits
Tuition Assistance
We recognize the benefits derived from personal growth and increased job skills when employees further their education. Educational assistance is available for a maximum of $750.00 per calendar quarter or 1/12 of the employee's annual compensation. M2 Consulting Corporation will reimburse the employee upon satisfactory completion of course(s) with a “B” or better.
Direct Deposit
We provide direct deposit for payroll and expense reimbursement paid on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Jury Duty Paid Leave
We support employees in exercising their civic responsibility to serve as a juror when summoned. Eligible employees are reimbursed the difference between their regular base pay and their jury duty pay.
